We often switch to temporary reliefs but that later it multiplies into long term discomfort.

The best way to deal with it is: Writing down your thoughts.
This helps you understand where are you going wrong and where you have to improve.
Overcome External Triggers:
Social media has its own dark side. Every social media company is working very hard to make a product in such a way that it will addict more people.
Now the best ways to fight this external triggers are:
- Turning off every unnecessary notification which you think diverts your mind in a negative way.
- Hide apps from your home screen so that it requires an extra effort to open.
- Uninstall the apps which you are not using most often.
